Todd Conkright is a human capital strategist, human performance analyst, instructional designer and learning facilitator with expertise in cross – cultural management.
Before starting Cornerstone Global Training & Performance Solutions, Todd was an internal consultant for companies of 200 to 25,000 employees, initiating and implementing creative solutions to challenging performance and knowledge transfer issues. An intuitive problem solver, Todd has been instrumental in reducing turnover, improving talent sourcing, increasing knowledge retention and optimizing the customer experience.
Todd earned a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Grace University and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership/Organization Development Consulting from Regent University. His master’s thesis explored the cultural factors of strengths – based and appreciative leadership in emerging cultures.
Todd is on the faculty of Grace University where he teaches business and leadership courses, and is board president of the Omaha Organization Development Network.
Stephen Jones is an interculturalist who specializes in intercultural competence development and the successful navigation of cultural transitions.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Stephen understands the complexities faced by businesses and organizations when engaged in international and cross – cultural work.
Stephen earned a B.A. in Intercultural Studies and B.S. in Business Administration: Intercultural Management from Grace University. He also earned an M.A. in Intercultural Relationships from the highly respected Intercultural Communication Institute/University of the Pacific partnership.
